I help people understand their inner world, heal from the root, and develop emotional tools that positively impact their personal life, professional growth, and relationships.
Clinical psychologist
My story
With clinical training from Université de Montréal, Douglas Hospital, and McGill University and after helping hundreds of people through deep emotional transformation. I help you:
Heal from the root:
By understanding your emotions, thoughts, and patterns so you can stop repeating what hurts.

Improve your personal and professional life: By learning to regulate your emotions, make better decisions, and build a healthier relationship with yourself.
Strengthen your relationships:
By breaking unconscious cycles, connecting more securely, and creating meaningful bonds.
What sets me apart from
others in the field?
This is what my friends and clients who have worked with me value the most.
1
Many psychologists have knowledge. What my clients highlight most is my ability to truly connect with what they’re going through even when they can’t yet find the words for it. That authentic connection is often what opens the door to deep and lasting change.
Real connection with people

High-Level Academic Training
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have over a decade of training in leading therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, neuropsychology, mentalization, and attachment theory. My work is grounded in both science and clinical practice.

An integrative and flexible approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I integrate multiple therapeutic methods CBT, psychodynamic, systemic, EFT, humanistic, and mentalization to tailor each process to the person in front of me. My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever, but to help you in the most effective way possible.

Results that show in real life
The changes we work on aren’t just felt in session. My clients report greater mental clarity, healthier relationships, better decision-making, and a deeper connection with themselves. The impact isn’t just emotional it shows up in their personal, professional, and relational lives.
